SDC has restructured a portion of the company to devote its entire focus on offshore, near shore, and on-shore possibilities to accommodate Clients who are where looking for solutions to some very complicated problems. We have investigated and experimented with all different situations and after some careful research, found that India and China were the most cost-effective avenues of servicing Information Technology projects. Because of our groundwork, we can now tailor your needs so that your project, ongoing support, and time restraints are all managed locally. That means a consistent monitoring of your Company's unique requirements, good communication, and support both during and after development. In short, we are just a phone call away, from start to finish.

Is there ever a language barrier?
Most of the offshore companies today have communicators that speak and understand English, well. Therefore, language is not a problem. Be aware, however, that offshore work has to be communicated very precisely and accurately. Offshore work will be completed as requested per specifications. Proper communication then, and the eventual success of the project, depends on both parties in agreement, what has to be accomplished, and by when.

What about the different time zones?
We have not encountered any problems so far with the different time zones. India and China work at times on a nine-hour difference; this has proven to have little effect on productivity or results, especially with SDC, who assumes the ultimate responsibility of every project.

How does SDC monitor progress, and during deployment?
SDC will receive documented reports on a daily basis, which we forward directly to our clients. If there are any modifications, we need to be notified specifically, and timely, what changes are needed, when, where and why. Because of the offshore procedure, which is outlined above in the language barrier question, alterations to projects are made without question. Therefore, it is extremely important to manage projects carefully. For this reason we require constant communication with clients, as well as our overseas companies to minimize any delays or confusion. Once the project is completed, we remain in communication to ensure success and rectify any system errors, if any, to ensure a quality project delivery to our customer.

Is there support after deployment?
Yes! Please remember SDC is a relationship company. We have built these reputations over a ten year period.
